We’re on the Move...A Dream Come True!...MOVE DELAYED
Gala Bakery has been owned and operated by the Soto Family since 2007. Andrea and Armando & family have always dreamed of Gala Bakery being the best Custom Cake Shop in the industry as well as a full service bakery.
This fall, Gala Bakery will embark on a new facility located at 1432 Via Lacqua, San Lorenzo. Corner of Grant & Channel Street in the Arroyo Shopping Center. Just down the way from their current location.
This new facility will be upgraded with all things that our neighborhood friends and customers will enjoy. A coffee bar with morning pastries. Amazing cakes available daily for your next dinner party. Sinful cookies that will knock your socks off! Our current cake cups & cupcakes will fill our cases. Caramel Apples, cheesecake & a bounty of new sweets to make your sweet tooth smile.
Visit our new location at 1432 Via Lacqua. We will be waiting for you with a warm smile and a very excited staff who has dreamed of this moment!
DELAY INFORMATION: Our contractors are hard at work getting our new facility up and running. However, if you have ever been through construction you know how long the county & permits can take. Gala Bakery is getting a new look! Not only are we moving to a new facility in September 2013, but we have given ourself a make over too!
Our new logo sums up the style Gala Bakery brings to every cake we decorate. I like to think of the cake platter as a shield for all the sweets we have to offer. Can’t you imagine your own cake platter at your table filled with all your families favorites?
